Operation tabel
All the filling and sealing movements take place on the table.
Main parts:
A hopper, a control panel and a working disk. It is an 8 positions working disk
(the number of position could be customized)
With the help of approaching switches, benchmark pointing and material filling would be accurate. Filling head could be customized.
Two extra function to avoid air going to the tube and also extend shelf-life. one is tube jacking-up(CAM cylinder under the working table) function for silicone and food paste from tube bottom to avoid air inside the tube.
The other is nitrogen purge filling head.
Inner heating
It is heated by the pressure and copper block. Heating at the bottom of tube with inner heating way-Heating air gun heating . This make the sealing more tigher and beautiful.
Swiss heating air gun
Use the Swiss heating gun to heat the bottom of the tube and seal it.
Heating air gun heating way is suitable for any type of tube. Especially for thick tubes. It's a type of inside heating. And heating instant temperature can reach 600ºC. The heating air melts inside of the tube. The supporting facility cooling-water machine surrounds the outside to cool down and keeps the original tube shape of outside wall. So the sealing effect will be much very neat and won't have edges on the tail.
Sealing head /Hole Punching Part (optional)
Press the hot tube with sealing head and seal it.
Hole punching part(optional)
Can be customized hole if needs.
Cut the part that is not even at the tube bottom and punch the hole at the same time.
